It takes a little experimenting to velcro the ice pack sleeves inside the wrap just where you want them, and just a bit more to twist the wrap around your elbow where you need it most, but once you find your sweet spot you should be very happy. It's durable and can be just as snug or as loose as you like it.

Decent quality, but there is in full coverage with the ice and the stitching on the sleeves does not make it easy to get the ice packs in.

The ice packs work great as a cold wrap, however they do not so well for heat. They tend to go from too hot to to cool ways too fast. Also the Active wrap runs small. It barely fits me and I am in the middle range for a medium. It works, but I should have gotten a larger size
