The soulder ice wrap is extremely comfortable and simple to apply to my post surgery shoulder. The additional ice pack purchased allows me the flexibility to maintain a cold application for a longer period of time by easily replacing the pack being used with a fresh replacement from the freezer. After ordering the product, a dlivery date later than what I was originally presented with became known due to it being out of stock. I found the later delivery date unacceptable. I was able to do a 'live chat' with customer service after business hours. I was offered a full refund. However, the company promised an on tme delivery (securing the item from another souce & expiditing the shipping at no extra cost) AND a guaranteed on time delivery or "keep the product AND get a full refund! So I accepted the latter and the order arrived a day early! On top of that, the customer service rep was the owner of the company. Now that is outstanding customer service! I highly recommend patronizing this organization, they are five star quality!
Great for all parts of the body not just the shoulder.
Does it's job for the most part but with the shoulder wrap it doesn't contour to the shape of my shoulder resulting in a pretty ineffective setup. I ordered a backup ice pack but ended up using other cold packs that I already had in the IceWraps holder.

I have had the Ice Pro back and shoulder wrap for years. Its great for chronic pain from athletics - just wrap yourself and enjoy the ice therapy without the ice bags melting and leaking all over you. It's something you can use everyday and it's so quick and easy.
