Shipping & Returns

Thanks for shopping at where we believe in clear, concise, and simple shipping and refund polices.  With a perfect 10.0 rating at, you can be assured we will stand by these policies.

Shipping Policy will ship your item out the same day if you order by 2pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.  If you order after 2pm we will ship the item out the next business day.

- If your order totals $48.99 or less, we charge a flat rate of $5.99 to ship your order.  There isn’t a cap on weight or the number of items, just one flat shipping rate.

- If your order is $49.00 or more, we offer totally free shipping. All orders that are $49.00 or more qualify, there aren’t any weight or number of item exceptions.

- All orders will typically arrive in 3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days to arrive.  Please plan accordingly.

- Customers requiring guaranteed next day delivery or two day delivery can select that option at checkout for an additional charge. Please note that Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. Next day delivery and two day delivery are not available for those who live outside of the contiguous United States. 

- All our items ship via UPS or USPS.  We cannot be held accountable for any delays they might have.  However, if you let us know of a delivery that arrives outside our guaranteed window, we will gladly refund any shipping charges you might have paid.  


If you ordered a product and it simply doesn’t fit correctly, we want to help.  Please contact us at and we will take care of you.  We do not charge any shipping charges for items that need to be exchanged.  Please try the item on over your cloths for fit as we cannot take products back that have touched the skin for sanitary reasons.  All exchanges must be made within 30 days of your original order.

Returns Policy

We are always sad to take a return item, because that means you weren’t 100% satisfied.  However, we will do everything we can to make your return as easy as possible for you.  Please read our return policy carefully:

- We cannot take a return after 30 days for any reason.

- All returns must be in brand new condition with all the original packaging.

- We recommend trying a product on for fit over your cloths because we cannot take products back that have touched the skin due to sanitary reasons.

- If you received free shipping on your order, we will give you a 100% refund minus a $5.99 shipping charge.  

- We do not charge restocking fees.

- We will refund the credit card originally used to place the order.

If you meet the above qualification and would like to return your order, please follow these steps:

1) Email us at or call our customer support number at 800-650-9727 from 7am - 4pm Pacific Standard time to request an RMA.

2) Put your order back into its original packaging and box it came in.  Please include a copy of your receipt, along with your RMA number.

3) Ship the package back to our warehouse at: Returns Department

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your items(s) have been damaged during shipping or there are missing or incorrect items, you must notify us within 7 days so that we may correct the issue.

Please call us at 800-650-9727 or email us at with your order number and a description of the problem. If your items are damaged, please include photographs if possible to assist us. We will then issue a RMA number and a return shipping label for you to send back your order. Upon receiving the return, we will send out a replacement product for you. 

We are unable to process replacements without an RMA first. Again, please notify us as soon as possible, as our window for filing an insurance claim is limited to 10 days. If we are notified of damaged or missing goods after 7 days, we will be unable to refund or replace your items.
