I haven’t actually used the product yet. I bought it because I often experience swollen ankles and feet I have also sprained my ankles badly several times in the past. I felt that this would be a good investment!
Have a little trouble wrapping it at the bottom around my foot

This product does hold it's temperature but the velco is basically non-existant. I had to add my own in order for it to stick. It was pricey for what I received.
