FOR COLD THERAPY USE
- Freeze for at least 2 hours
- Insert clay pack in soft cloth cover and apply on the affected area for no longer than 20 minutes to avoid frostbite burns.
FOR HEAT THERAPY USE
- Place the clay pack in a bowl of water and microwave for no longer than 30 seconds. Heat clay pack for 10 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached. Instead of using a microwave, you can also submerge clay pack in hot water until it becomes warm.
- Insert clay pack in soft cloth cover and apply on the affected area for no longer than 20 minutes at a time to avoid burns.
AFTERCARE
This clay pack is designed for years if cared for well. After use, wipe the clay pack clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Return the clay pack to its packaging and store in your refrigerator or freezer.
This pack is for external use only. If the clay pack gets torn or punctured, discard immediately.
