FOR COLD THERAPY USE
- Freeze for at least 2 hours
- Wrap gel pack in a soft cloth and apply on the affected area for no longer than 20 minutes to avoid frostbite burns
FOR HEAT THERAPY USE
- Place the gel pack in a bowl of water and microwave for no longer than 30 seconds. Heat gel pack for 10 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached. Instead of using a microwave, you can also submerge gel pack in hot water until the gel pack becomes warm.
- Squeeze gel around to distribute heat.
- Be careful since the gel can get very hot. Wrap gel pack in a soft cloth and apply on the affected area for no longer than 20 minutes at a time to avoid burns.Â
AFTERCARE
This gel pack is designed for years if cared for well. After use, wipe the gel pack clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Return the gel pack to its packaging and store in your refrigerator or freezer.
This pack is for external use only. If the gel pack gets torn or punctured, discard immediately.
