United StatesThis product provides great relief as far as the cold you feel. It is different than ice packs that contain gel/water mixture in that the cold last a lot longer and the pack conforms to the body better. The product has weight to it, so it doesn't need to be weighted down to feel the cold. I would recommend this product that has the clay mixture over the other types.

United StatesIām sure these are great ice packs, but they are extremely heavy and difficult to put on your neck or shoulder without some help! They would be better as knee wraps. Once around your neck or should, you are weighed down and difficult to move it to even try to reposition.
