When it arrived I realized I had misunderstood the product description, and ordered an ice pack with its own cover for my friend. If you already have uncovered ice packs, this cover might suit you. I don’t know though, because it was a gift and I have zero idea of what it’s like. Sometimes when customers don’t give feedback the company asks for the first time, it’s unwise to continue to send emails asking for a review. I can’t fairly evaluate the product, but I can fairly say that I did NOT expect this s volume of emails. I’m giving a neutral 3 stars, because maybe they are good? Maybe they are lousy? I don’t know. But they sure are irritatingly persistent in their emails.
