Sizing is not accurate I ordered the biggest one said fit up to a 64 waist..which was false I am a 44 46 waist and it's still hard to velcro tigether
Bought this for my 84 year old mother's aching back. She said the it works well and the best thing about it, was that she could get up and walk around. She wished the cold packs would stay frozen longer.
Only thing I would change would be bulkier ice inserts. They seem a little small for the pockets. I love that it adjusts 2 ways so that it tightens around my girly waiste curves.
This lower back ice wrap is wonderful. It wraps around your waist and connects with velcro in the front. You can move around and function with it on which I really appreciate.
