These packs are great. They take up little room and don't easily cause frost bite. Two to each pocket of the ice belt and you get relief. I have used them for about five years. If they break the liquid is not a problem. I highly recommend them.
The back wrap already comes with ice packs. So only if you want some extra ones should you order these. I did not know this based on the ads on the site.
Great for lower back for activity related stress
This does not stay cold. Use at work and only lasts for not even an hour. Bought it so I would stay pain free but to no availm
I use this product mostly when driving my RV.|It reduces the pain and discomfort in my lower back. Works much better since I started using 2 ice packs in each pocket.
